Sept 30 Garden

Hanging fruit
The carnival squash continue to ripen.  Of the two that were hanging, the smaller started to whither, so it was taken and treated as a summer squash.

The Brussels Sprout have shown a huge amount of sprout growth, but oddly enough it is at the tops, and not at the base.  We will have to try trimming more at the base.

Cabbage is also growing.  We have another head or two.  Will be good to harvest one a month into the fall.

Amazingly, the cucumber seems to have caught a second wind and is growing flowers again.  Can we get more cukes?

Definite slowing of tomatoes, but still producing.  Wonderful to get them in October.

Carrots and Kohlrabi look great.  Continuous harvest.

Rutabagas small but growing.

Chard needs the Chard Man to help out.  Too many leaf miners.

Celeric:  Growing any root?
